The Donor Portal is now live in its first release. It is a secure, personalised space where your supporters can see and manage their details and giving. It is designed to build transparency, trust and long-term loyalty.
Donors get a clear overview of their contributions and control over their giving plans and Gift Aid status. They can also start their own crowdfunding campaigns, so they become active participants in your charity’s mission as well as contributors. We’ll be building on this with further enhancements over time.

- Personal dashboard: a personalised dashboard where donors manage their profile and giving plans.
- Gift Aid management: donors can view and update their Gift Aid status themselves, so your records stay accurate.
- Two-way sync with Engage CRM: the Donor Portal and Engage CRM stay in sync, both ways. Any change a donor makes to their profile (address change) or giving is updated in Engage CRM automatically, and any update linked to the donor happens (when a donor makes a new donation) in Engage CRM is reflected in the portal. Everyone sees the same up-to-date information, with no manual re-entry.
